Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please notify me 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment: -Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. -LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. Any no shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service.
